LONDON, United Kingdom – To burn 200 calories working out may be a good idea, but then it takes nothing to gain 300 calories by drinking a Starbucks Frappuccino.
So what can you do about it?
Try to cut down the eating, this does not necessarly mean DO NOT EAT, not at all. For example share your favourite food with your work mate, instead of eating a whole bagel or cupcake. Squeeze some oranges, instead of buying an orange flavoured drink. Basically try to chose the food that does less harm, when it comes to pizza, order a simple slice of cheese pizza instead of a pizza with a lot of dressings. It is easy if you really want to do it!
