GEORGIA, USA – A 80 year-old woman died in a Mcdonald’s in Georgia due to asphyxiation. The woman went to the toilet and never returned, she was later on found in the toilet dead.
What happened is that the substance used to help carbonate beverages, accidentally piped through a leaky gas line in the walls between the soda machine and the toilet.
