VIDEO RECIPE: Italian Struffoli with honey topping

NAPLES, ITALY -Let’s learn how to make this typical Italian dessert, here there are the ingredients:

2 oz (60 g) of butter
3 whole eggs + 1 yolk
¼ cup (40 g) of sugar
½ small glass of liquéur (which can be anise, rum or brandy)
The grated zest of ½ orange and ½ lemon
1 pinch of salt
14 oz (400 g) of flour
These are the ingredients for the dough, while for the coating we’ll have:
Some diced candied fruit (citron, orange and pumpkin)
Just under ½ cup (100 g) of sprinkles
1 ½ cup (350 g) of honey
