Octopus and radish salad
An easy and tasty dish.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Octopus: 1 kg. cost € 15.00
4 Red radishes € 4.00
Pistachio / walnut g.50 € 1.00
Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

Cook in boiling water one or two octopuses. Once they’re cooked cut them into pieces and season them with a bit of oil, salt and white pepper. Heat olive oil and crushed garlic in a frying pan. Once the garlic is cooked remove the garlic and add the octopus, the red radish and the pistachios in the pan. Prior to putting the radish in the pan cut into horizontal strips.
Sizzle the lot for a few seconds, add balsamic vinegar and the dish is ready to be served.
